This is Elbe. She is a Registered Hanoverian, Elbe was a dressage and event horse before being retired due to mild arthritis in her neck. She is sound for light riding and it does not bother her. Elbe is a delightful mare. She is well mannered, respectful, easy to handle, trailers well and has a cheerful pleasant demeanor both with humans and within the herd.

11/1/12 update: pulled her from pasture and rode her for the first time since she has been here (3yrs??) and she rode beautifully. Shot a video. This mare is heavenly to ride. She is the perfect horse to teach someone dressage.

11/15/12 update: Preg checked in foal to Charlie Chimes for late summer 2013 foal.

6/3/2011 update: Elbe has been bred to 17.2H Shire Stallion Aldershire Sampson for a April-May 2012 foal.
