Angel
Angel is a 16H Clydesdale/TB mare who rides and drives. She is quiet, well built and a nice quality mare from a well respected Canadian breeder and show judge.
3/13/13 update: I've spent quite a bit of time with Angel and she is a very nice, quality and temperamented mare. She is kind. She arrived here with a halter that was too tight, it had been on her for over one week and had dug into her cheek. She acted headshy. I put her in the barn and had to earn her trust before she would let me remove it. Once she did..what a wonderful mare emerged. She stands quietly, endures mane pulling without complaint, was saddled, and ridden w,t,c in the arena and was great. She moves with a very flat knee...enough so to do well in the hunters. She is a mare with class, subtle, beauty. There is nothing dramatic, loud or boisterous about this mare. She is a deep, rich mahogany bay, with fabulous conformation. She would make a fancy hunter or dressage mount and I am certain would excell at eventing or foxhunting. She is sturdy and sound, tracks up beautifully.. Nice, nice, soft and dainty mare with a large and expressive eye and well made head.
2/26/13 update: Angel arrived in Virginia today.
