February 2006
Hi Liz-
Update on my girls. Wow is Phoenix awesome. She has gained back some of
the weight she lost coming out but what an absolutely wonderful filly. I was
"schooling" her and she gave me all four feet and learned to stand still while
we brushed her and fussed over her. Today she ate breakfast and lay down in our
80 degree day and I walked over to her and sat on her. Not only did she not
budge one inch she never lifted her chin off the ground. I pet her all over and
was waving my arms... nothing! Just got done hosing them down to see if they
would let me shampoo their legs and Phoenix gave in pretty easily.
Bonnie is a stinker! She is a spoiled brat
and needs some manners but what do I expect right? She did not really like the
hose at all but I won and at least washed her front legs and rinsed her whole
underside. I hope you enjoy the news and know they have a wonderful home. Thanks
again and i will write again.

This is Bonnie. Bonnie is 5 yrs old and is currently
standing 16H. She should finish at around 16.2H
Honey and Bonnie are perfectly matched and would make a
wonderful team...They are both gentle and docile and come from a family farm
where they were cared for and loved...
Bonnie is a super quiet mare and we will be happy to break her
to ride for her new owner. See also, Ricochet.
