Lotsadots is a 2005 Connemara/POA cross gelding, a buckskin and white leopard spot. He is sired by the Connemara Stallion, Tullymore's Ned Devine, by Tullymor's Mountain Shadow out of Bar Bar A's Rebel Doll... His dam is a few spot POA, Ms. Peseta's Jubilee.

Lotsadots has been imprinted, handled since birth. Should reach 13.2H. He is a Hunter "A" show prospect. He is noticed where ever he goes and he'll always be unique!
He has daisy clipper hunter movement and has the prerequisite mottled "areas" and striped hooves required to be registered as a POA.
Lotsadots has been gently and professionally started by Melissa Taylor. Dots took to saddle like a fish to water. He is quick and intelligent and has a very gentle measured demeanor. Even at this young age, you could imagine him toting a 3 year old in lead line or packing a five year old walk trot. In the year following his initial training, he was schooled by the professional riders at VSH. Dots has been ridden for the last 6 months by a very talented up and coming young (12yrs) rider, Leah Frahlin. Dots made his show "debut" at the RFMS Show on August 17th 2008 at Dorey Park where he took first place in his first class and seconds in several others. Dots showed in the 18" hunter hack division. We filmed each class and can post these videos upon request.
6/12/09 update. Dots was ridden by 9yr old Julie Luce of Northern Virginia in the Colonial Fox Hounds Foxhunting clinic. He was exposed to hounds and took part in various exercises to develop skills for horse and rider in the field. Dots was completely unphased by hounds as he is ridden frequently past a kenneled and loose foxhounds which are bred and raised by a neighbor.
7/08/09 update. Dots was ridden this year by VSH professional riders, schooling over 2'3" courses and will be showing this Saturday, July 11, 2009 in the Bellemount 2009 Hunter Show Series.
