Easy Street is the tallest of four colts that we imported from Canada as weanlings to raise as Hunter prospects.  He is eligible for registration with the American Warmblood Registry (AWR), American Warmblood Society (AWS), Performance Horse Registry (PHR), and may possibly be able to be inspected and registered as an Oldenburg.

He is by Pokemon, a 16.2H TB who is also the sire to Pierce The Sky, and out of a warmblood mare sired by Kodachrome. Kodachrome is by the famous Art Deco, out of Rex's Turn. Rex's Turn is by Aye's Turn - Sire of a number of Hunter Champions including Full Cry and Little John.
Kodachrome is licensed by the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association and is Canadian Sport Horse approved. Despite the fact that Easy Street has absolutely no draft blood, he is a quiet, sensible horse with exactly the right amount of sensitivity to make him an easy and enjoyable horse to train. He is a quick study and his name suits him. He would be an ideal horse for a junior rider to compete throughout their high school years.

Additionally, he hacks out quietly alone or in company, schools cross country at novice, has had the fundamentals of dressage, will frame from the leg, does 8 meter trot and 20 meter canter circles, schools cross country at novice, has been prepped for foxhunting, has been to the kennel, good with dogs, traffic, machinery, traverses mud and creeks, stands in cross ties, bathes, will stand patiently tied for hours, stands stock still for mounting and also can be ground mounted from logs etc, loads and trailers flawlessly (as do all of our horses). The only thing that he wont do is zip up your boots. We have owned him since he was 6 months of age and have never had a vet bill, he has 4 well balanced feet and is shod up front. We have raised him carefully, keeping him lean to avoid OCD and metabolic issues and he has just recently started jumping and even at that it is so light that he can not truly be considered to be "in work". This horse should vet as clean as can be imagined.

5/24/16 update: Measured today on concrete sqaured up with stick with a level at 16.1h+ string shows 1/2-1 inch of additional growth.

6/30/15 update: This video was taken at his first show...also the first time that he had even schooled in an arena with show jumps. He is an easy, agreeable ride and thoroughly prepped for foxhunting and eventing.
