Freya is a quiet Freisianx mare standing appr 15H at 3 1/2yrs old, she will likely finish in the mid 15's. She was started undersaddle in March of 2016 and now goes walk, trot, canter in the arena and hacks out alone and in company. She is quiet and sensible, yet athletic and nicely forward. She is not a horse for a complete beginner, but rather a suitable mount for an experienced rider who wants a quiet and uncomplicated ride yet does not want to work hard in the arena keeping a push ride going.

Freya lives out 24 x 7 in a mixed group that changes members and location with some frequency so she is WELL SOCIALIZED. She has also spent a few weeks living at a large hunter/jumper barn while in training this summer so she is accustomed to standing and bathing in crossties and the in and out activities of a bustling stable environment.  She trailers beautifully and is used to traffic and dogs as well as many other distractions. She is sensitive enough to notice her surroundings yet she does not spook. The video below is rather old, but gives an idea of how she was going when first started.

12/24/16 update: Freya is really coming along! Spent the last week trail riding and riding in the arena every day and received traffic training on country roads, in a bustleing shopping center and alongside 4 lanes of traffic. She was great! Also went through creeks, was exposed to bicycles, mud, and visited the kennel and a pasture full of sheep. She was great for the farrier and had her face clipped and mane pulled with no sedation or trouble.
